Jivamukti Yoga Immersion with Nikki Cassap Saturday 21st February 2026 10.00 to 12.45  £37 Jivamukti Yoga is a path to enlightenment through compassion for all beings. The Jivamukti method is grounded in the original meaning of the Sanskrit word asana as ‘seat, connection’ – relationship to the earth. Earth implies all of life. The Jivamukti method is a way to practice yoga that is mutually beneficial, that we see all beings with an equal eye and therefore not cause harm to any sentient being. In Nikki’s classes and immersions you can expect yoga philosophy weaved within the asana, clear breath direction and relaxation with high vibing tunes to match. Shri Brahmananda Saraswati, once said that yoga is “the state where you are missing nothing…” When you allow yourself to become immersed in the movement, in the breath, in the stillness, in the mantra and the sound, we can find that point where we are missing nothing. If you have a regular yoga practise, these longer sessions can deepen your understanding of Yoga, give you an opportunity to really immerse yourself for a few hours in the magic of the practice. Post Graduate Yoga Therapy Course FREE Open Afternoon Saturday 21 February 2026 14.00-16.00 Booking essential. The physical and mental benefits of yoga are widely recognised and this course explores the potential of yoga to improve health holistically. This yoga therapy course was created by the schools tutors who have vocational experience in health and therapy. These include NHS professionals in occupational health and psychological fields, anatomy, physiology and pathology – and complementary health practices. This 250 hour course takes place over 12 weekends (24 days) which are held at the Lotus Loft in central Exeter. It offers a peaceful environment – perfect for Yoga study and contemplation. The residentials are included in the course fee.

Yoga and Souvlaki Social with Natasha Gerolimatos and Polly Nostimos little Greek Kitchen. Saturday 21st February 2026 18.15 - 21.00 £30 per person including Yoga class & dinner. Join us for an evening of nourishing yoga, delicious Greek food, and time to connect with each other! We will start at The Lotus Loft for a 75 minute feel-good flow class, followed by dinner at Polly Nostimos little Greek Kitchen (located on Market Street, just a short walk from the studio!) Dinner will be your choice of signature souvlaki wrap, served with lemon roasted potatoes and Greek salad (can cater for any specific dietary requirements.) These events are all about combining our love for yoga, Greek food & community - we hope you'll join us! Iyengar Workshop with Isabelle Luterbacher Sunday 22 February 2026 10.00-16.00 £45 Also on 15 March, 12 April, 17 May, 14 June, 2 August, 13 September, 11 October, 8 November, 6 December. These workshops are designed for those with some yoga experience, who would like to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga. During the workshop we will explore Pranayama (breathing techniques) using different prop supports to encourage openness, followed by asana practice (postures) focussing on techniques to establish greater alignment, depth and understanding of the asanas. Through the asanas we will seek to find better ways to manage the mind. Practicing with conscious awareness and a focus on alignment, not only facilitates the sustaining of the posture but holds the practitioner present within the practice. This depth prompts mental focus, self-enquiry and opens the practitioner to the experience of yoga beyond its bountiful health benefits, so it becomes a practical philosophy that can support us in daily life. Yin Yoga and Guided Relaxation with Tara Hubbard Saturday 14 March 2026 2.30pm to 4.30pm £25 (Payment required on booking) Also on 16 May, 4 July, 10 Oct, 21 Nov Take some time to find harmony and balance. This session will take a meditative approach and you’ll be encouraged to commit to stillness as we hold passive postures for several minutes in order to target the deeper tissues of the body such as the connective tissue and fascia. We’ll use deep, mindful breathing as we become fully present and accepting of ourselves; focusing on how each posture feels rather than what it looks like as we release mental and physical tension whilst increasing flexibility.
