Jivamukti Yoga Immersion with Nikki Cassap Saturday 16 May 2026 10.00 to 12.45 £37 Focussing on getting upside down, we will be looking at many different ways to invert the body. Whatever unfolds in a standing forward fold, or a handstand, is met with equal breath and mindset. Book in and see where you body is prepared to take you on the day. Yin Yoga and Guided Relaxation with Tara Hubbard Saturday 16 May 2026 2.30pm to 4.30pm £25 (Payment required on booking) Also on 4 July, 10 Oct, 21 Nov Take some time to find harmony and balance. This session will take a meditative approach and you’ll be encouraged to commit to stillness as we hold passive postures for several minutes in order to target the deeper tissues of the body such as the connective tissue and fascia. We’ll use deep, mindful breathing as we become fully present and accepting of ourselves; focusing on how each posture feels rather than what it looks like as we release mental and physical tension whilst increasing flexibility. Iyengar Workshop with Isabelle Luterbacher Sunday 17 May 2026 10.00-16.00 £45 Also on 14 June, 2 August, 13 September, 11 October, 8 November, 6 December. These workshops are designed for those with some yoga experience, who would like to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga. During the workshop we will explore Pranayama (breathing techniques) using different prop supports to encourage openness, followed by asana practice (postures) focussing on techniques to establish greater alignment, depth and understanding of the asanas. Through the asanas we will seek to find better ways to manage the mind. Practicing with conscious awareness and a focus on alignment, not only facilitates the sustaining of the posture but holds the practitioner present within the practice. This depth prompts mental focus, self-enquiry and opens the practitioner to the experience of yoga beyond its bountiful health benefits, so it becomes a practical philosophy that can support us in daily life. Adjust and Assist Workshop for Teachers with Nikki Cassap Saturday 13 June 2026 14.00 - 17.00 £35 This Assist half-day workshop is for any yoga teacher who wants to adjust students but isn’t quite sure how. We explore body structures and alignment before moving swiftly into practical application. Teachers will learn different ways to assist, how light or hands-on to be, and how to read individual bodies with sensitivity and awareness. We also explore the benefits of adjustments in yoga by working with partners to establish clear, confident, and supportive techniques. By the end of the workshop, you’ll feel more confident offering safe, effective, and intuitive assists that enhance your students’ experience on the mat.
