Qigong 
A gentle class focused on simple movement, breathing and grounding.
Qigong is a calm, accessible practice that supports overall health, vitality, and nervous system balance. Movements are slow and adaptable, making the class suitable for beginners as well as those with an existing yoga or movement practice who are looking for something quieter and more internally focused.
The emphasis is on ease, presence and embodied awareness rather than performance or fitness.
All levels welcome. No prior experience needed.
